I Thomas B. Tillis for and in consideration of
the sum of ($2000.00) Two thousand dollars to me
in hand paid by George W. Sparkman at or before
the signing sealing and delivery of these presents do
hereby grant bargain and sell and by these presents
hath granted bargained sold and conveyed unto
the said Geo W. Sparkman his heirs and assigns for
ever all my right title and interest in the following
parcels of Land to wit the N1/2 of lot no 4 the S1/2 of
the NW qr and the NE qr of SW qr and the NE qr
of SW qr of the NE qur the NW qr of SW qr of Sec
tion thirty two in Township Seven South of Range Twenty
one East Containing 2.56 07/100 Acres Two hundred & Fifty
six 07/100 Acres more or less Situated in the County
of Alachua & State of Florida Together with all and
singular the hereditaments and appertainances there
unto belonging  In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affix my seal this Oct 17th
