Know All Men by these presents that I James M.
Sparkman of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida for and in Consideration of the Sum
of ($70000) Seven hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by Geo W. Spark
man of the County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof I do here=
by acknowledged Do grant Sell and Convey unto the Said Geo W.
Sparkman his heirs and Assigns all that tract or parcel of
Land or tenements Situated in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida in the Town of Waldo lots (1) one (2) two (9)
nine (10) Ten in Block (20) Twenty. To have and to hold the
aforesaid granted premises unto the Said Geo W. Sparkman his
heirs and assigns to his and their use and behoof forever.
And I the Said James M. Sparkman do hereby for myself
and my heirs executors and Administrators Covenant with the
Said Geo W. Sparkman his heirs and assigns that I am
Lawfully Seized in fee Simple of the afore granted premises
that they are free from all incumbrances that I have good right
to sell and Convey the Same to the Said Geo W. Sparkman and that
I and my heirs executors and administrators will and by these
presents do warrant and defend the same premises unto the Said
Geo W. Sparkman his heirs and assigns for Ever against the lawful
Claims and demands of all persons.
In witness whereof I the Said James M. Sparkman together with Sinah
Sparkman my wife who hereby relinquishes her right of dower
in the premises have hereunto Sett our hands and Seal this
Ninenth day of February in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred
and Seventy two

State of Florida } Before the Subscriber a Justice of the Peace
Alachua County   } in and for Said County personally came
                   James M. Sparkman and Sinah Sparkman
his wife and Severly acknowledged that they Signed the foregoing
deed for the purpose therein contained the Said Sinah Sparkman
being examined Separate and apart from her Said husband
declares that She Signed the Same freely Voluntarily and without
fear or compulsion of her Said husband in testimony whereof
I have hereunto Sett my hand and Seal this Ninenth day February
