Know all men by these presents that I James M. Sparkman
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida for and in con=
sideration of the sum of ($100.00) One thousand Dollars to me in hand
paid by Wm C. Beckham of the County of Bell and State of Texas
The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. Do hereby grant sell and
convey unto the said Wm C. Beckham his heirs and assigns all that
tract or parcel of land or tenements situated in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida and known and described as follows
lots (1) one and (2) two of the NE1/4 North East quarter also lot
(7) seven and (8) Eight of Section (9) Nine also lots (8) Eight and
(9) nine - and (14) Fourteen in Section (4) Four also the NE1/4 North

East quarter of the (SE1/4) South East Quarter and^(SW1/4) South
West Quarter of the (NE1/4) North East quarter Section (4) Four
Township (9) Nine Range (22) Twenty two South and East con=
taining in all (300) Three hundred Acres more or less To have and
to hold the above said granted premises unto the said Wm C.
Beckham his heirs and assigns to his and their use and
behoof for ever.
And I the said James M. Sparkman do hereby for my-
self my heirs executors and administrators covenants with the
said Wm C. Beckham his heirs and assigns that I am
lawfully seized in fee simple of the aforesaid granted prem=
ises that they are free from all incumbrances that I have good
right to sell and convey the same to the said Wm C. Beck=
ham, and that I and my heirs executors and adminis=
trators will and by these presents do warrant and defend
the same Premises unto the said Wm C. Beckham his heirs
and assigns for Ever. Against the lawful claims and
demands of all persons. In witness whereof I the same James
M. Sparkman together with Sinah Sparkman my wife who
hereby relinquishes her rights of dower in the premises have here=
unto set our hands and seal this the Nineth day of February
in the year of our Lord one thousand and Eighteen hundred
and seventy two             }

in and for said County personally came James M. Sparkman
and Sinah Sparkman his wife and Severly acknowledged
that they signed the foregoing Deed for the purpose therein
contained and the said Sinah Sparkman being examined
separate and apart from her said husband declares
that she signed the same freely voluntarily and without
fear or compulsion of her said husband in testimony
whereof, I have hereunto sett my hand and
