State of Florida } This Indenture made this the Second day of June
Alachua County   } AD Eighteen hundred and Seventy one between
Joseph Wavasseur of the County aforesaid party of the first part and
James Cellon of the Same place and parties of the Second part
witnesseth that the party of the first part for and in Consideration
of the Sum of two hundred Dollars in gold to him in hand
paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these Presents that
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged had bargained and Sold
and by these presents do grant and convey unto the party of the Sec=
ond part the following described lot of land to wit: South
east quarter of the South west quarter of Section ten in town=
Ship eight South of Range nineteen east Containing
forty 68/100 acres together with all and Singular the tenements and
hereditaments thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to have
and to hold to the party of the Second part their heirs and assigns
for ever in fee Simple and the party of the first part for him=
Self and his heirs doth covenant with the party of the Second part
that he is Seized of a good Estate of inheritance therein with full
right to sell and Convey the Same the party of the first part
his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the Party of
the Second part in the quiet and peaceable enjoyment much of
the Same in witness where the party of the first part has hereunto
Set his hand affixed his Sealed the day and year first above

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I, Mary
Alachua County   } Wavasseur wife of Joseph A. Wavasseur the gralulator
of the foregoing deed for and in Consideration of the premises
In Said due recite and in further Consideration of the Sum of one
dollar to me in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof, I do hereby acknowledge do hereby
renounced, released, relinquished and forever quit claim all my
dower or right of dower in and to premises by Said deed convey
as fully and absolutely has I might or could to the Same. In
witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this
