                        This Indenture made on the fourteenth
day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and Seventy one between Alexander Evins of the
County and State aforesaid of the first part, and
Mattie S. Means of the State of Florida of the Second
part. Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the
Sum of Seven Hundred Dollars to him in hand
paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
the Said party of the first part has given granted, bar=
gained, Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents does
So give, grant, bargain, Sell and Convey to the Said
party of the Second part the following mentioned and
described Plantation or parcel of land - To Wit: Section
Thirty Three (33) of Township Eleven (11) South of Range
Twenty one (21) being in the Arredondo Grant in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida and Containing
Six Hundred and forty acres of Land and water more
or less, it being the Same parcel of Land conveyed by
deed of David Henry Haight to the Said party of the
first part or the fifteenth day of March AD one
thousand eight hundred and fifty two and recorded
