in the Clerks office for the County of Alachua on the 21st 
day of April AD 1854 as will more fully be seen or ref=
erence to said said record in Book C, on Pages 359 & 360.
To have and to hold the said Parcel of land above described
and conveyed together with all and Singular the houses
buildings improvements and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining, unto the said
party of the second part his heirs executors or adminis=
trators and assigns in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the first part for himself his
heirs and assigns covenant and agrees with the said
party of the second part her heirs executors or administra=
tors and assigns, that he is Seized in fee of the prem=
ises aforesaid, That they are free from all incumbrances;
That he has good right to sell and convey the same to the
said party of the second part; and that he will and
his heirs executors or administrators shall warrant
and defend the titles to the same to the said party of the sec
ond part her heirs executors or administrators and assigns for=
ever against all persons claiming or to claim by through
or under him the said party of the first part.
In testimony whereof the said party of the first part has here
unto set his hand and affixed his Seal on the day and
the year first above written.

County of Anderson      } June 1871, before me James L. Orr Judge of the
                          Court of Common Pleas and General Sessions for
the 8th Circuit which said Court is a Court of record personally
appeared at Anderson Court House within the Jurisdiction of said Court
Alexander Evins to me known to be the person described in
and who executed the foregoing instrument and acknowledged
the execution thereof to be his free act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned
