                   Circuit Court for the fifth Judicial Cir=
cuit of Florida in and for Alachua County,
Personally came George L. Barnes who executed the fore=
going conveyance to me well known as Sheriff of
the said County at the time of the execution of the
same and acknowledged that he signed sealed
and delivered said conveyance for the purposes
and the consideration therein mentioned and expressed.

                  } This Indenture made the first day of March
one thousand eight hundred and seventy two between C.J. Waits
of the State and County above named of the first part,
and William Waits of the same place of the second part,
Witnesseth, that that the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of one thousand dollars to her in hand paid by
the said party of the second part receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hath bargained and sold and by these
presents doth grant and convey to the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns, forever all that certain
piece or parcel of land lying and being in said County
of Alachua, and State of Florida, and which is known
and described as follows to wit; The East half of the South
west quarter of Section No. 15 in Township 10 South of R 22.
Containing Eighty (80) acres also SW1/4 of SW quarter of
Section No. 15 Township No 10 South of R. 22 containing forty
(40) acres; also the NE1/4 of NW quarter of Section No 22 in
Township 10 South of R. 22 containing forty (40) acres also
that fractional west half of the SE quarter of Section No
15 Township 10 South of R. 22 Lying west of the Rail
Road, and all that part of the North west quarter
of the NE quarter of Section 22 township 10 South of R. 22
