State of Florida }  This Indenture made this the first
Alachua County   }  day of April AD 1872 between 

                Margaret Marshall and her husband
Joseph Marshall of Said State and County of the first
Part and James J. Kelly of Said State and County of the Second
part. Witnesseth
  That for and in Consideration of the Sum of Seven=
ty five dollars paid by the party of the Second part to the
Said Parties of the first part, the receipt whereof they hereby
acknowledgedA, the Said parties of the first part hereby bar=
gain, Sell, alien, and Convey unto the Said party of the
Second part his heirs and assigns in fee Simple title for=
ever, the following described lands Situated in Said State
and County Viz: Lot number Seven of Section Six in
Township Nine South and Range Twenty one East, Con=
taining thirty five & 27/100 acres more or less to have and to
hold unto the Said party of the Second part his heirs and
assigns forever. And the parties of the first part warrant
to defend the title to the Same unto the party of the Second
part his heirs against all claims of themselves and all
other person. In testimony whereof witness our hands
and Seals the day above written. }           her
