County of Alachua}  Know all men by these presents that I Marga
                    ret Richardson of Said State & County for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Seven hundred and Eighty dollars
to me in hand paid by David Brown of the State and County a=
foresaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do give grant
Sell and Convey unto the Said David Brown all my right title
and interest in that certain piece or parcel of land lying and
being Situated in the State of Florida and County of Alachua
and described as the East half of SE1/4 of Sect (19) T.10 South of
R 18, E. W1/2 of SW1/4 of S.20 T.10. South of R.18.E, SW1/4 of SE1/4
of the NE1/4 of Sect 19 T.10. South Range 18 East Containing in all
320 acres To have and hold the Same unto the Said David Brown his heirs
and assigns to his and their use forever. In witness whereof I have here=
unto Set my hand and affixed my Seal this March 18th 1872
