Know all men by these presents that I Daniel Morris
son of the County Alachua and State of Florida for and in
consideration of the sum of four hundred Dollars to him in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto McKeen Carleton of
the County and State aforesaid all that certain tract
or parcel of land situate in the County and State
aforesaid and described as follows viz the South
East quarter of the North East quarter of section one
in Township eleven south of Range Twenty two East
with all the appertenances and all the Right Title
and Interest claim or claims of myself or heirs in the
premises to have and to hold the same with the apper
tenances unto the said McKeen Carleton and his
heirs forever in fee simple and I the said Daniel
Morrison for my self and my heirs do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said McKeen Carleton
and his heirs and assigns that I am now the owner
of the said premises and seized of a good and indefea
sible estate of Inheritance therein and that I have
full right and power to sell and convey the same in
fee simple absolute that the said premises are
free and clear of all encumbrances and that the
said McKeen Carleton his heirs and assigns may
forever hereafter have hold possess and enjoy the
same without and suit molestation or interuption
by any person whatsoever Lawfully claiming any
right therein and that I the said Daniel Morrison
and all persons hereafter claiming under me will
at any time hereafter at the request of and at the
expense of the said McKeen Carleton his heirs and
assigns make such further assurance for the more
effectual conveying of the said premises with the
appertenances as may be reasonably required by
him or them and that I the said Daniel Morrison
and my heirs will warrant and defend the said
premises with the appurtenances unto the said
McKeen Carleton his heirs and assigns forever In testi
mony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and 
seal this 6th day of March 1872
