This Indenture Made and entered into on this first day
of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and seventy one between James T. Soutter and 
John McRae Trustees duly appointed by the Florida
Rail Road Company parties of the first part and 
Franklin A. Johnson party of the second part witness
eth, That the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum Five hundred
dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of 
the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged have given granted aliened bargained sold
transferred; and do by these presents give grant alien
bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said
party of the second part all those certain parcels
or tract of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida and more particularly 
known and described on the public records and
maps of said State as the North west quarter and the 
North west quarter of the south west quarter of section
twenty five of Township Ten south of Range twenty two
East containing two hundred acres more or less.
