To Have and To Hold the above described premises
together with all and Singular the rights and privileges
immunities easements and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said
party of the second part and his heirs as their abso
lute property in fee simple forever. And the
said parties of the first part for themselves and
successors as Trustees as aforesaid and for the
said Florida Railroad Company and for all others
Claimin by through or under them or either of them
do Covenant and agree that they are seized as
trustees of a good and indefeasible fee simple
to the above premises and that they have good
right to convey the same as they have Conveyed
the same free and discharged from all encum=
brances and liens of any & every Nature and description
Created by themselves as such Trustees And that
the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the
above described premises against all persons
whatsoever lawfully Claiming under them or either of them

Be it remembered that on this twenty first day of
September in the year one thousand eight hundred and
seventy one before me the undersigned Edwin F. Covey Jr
a Commissioner resident in the City of New York
duly Commissioned and quallified by the exec=
utive authority and under the laws of the State of
Florida to take acknowledgment of Deeds &c to be
used or recorded therein personally appeared James T.
Soutter and John McRae to me Known to be the persons
who executed the Annexed deed by them sealed and
subscribed and they severally acknowledged the execution
thereof to be their free act and deed as trustees of the
Florida Rail way Company for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned
