Together with all and singular the rights privelidges
advantages tenements hereditaments and appurtenan
ces and the reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders rents issues and profits thereof; and
also all the estate right title interest Claim and
demand whatsoever both in law and equity which
the said testator had in his lifetime and at
the time of his decease and which the said party
hereto of the first part hath by virtue of said last
will and Testament or otherwise of in and to the
same and every part thereof with the appurtenances
To have and To hold the above described lot or par=
cel of Ground with the appurtenances unto the Said
party hereto of the second part his heirs and ass=
igns forever. And the said party hereto of the
first part as executor as aforesaid doth covenant
with the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns that he has not done any act matter or thing
to encumber the property hereby conveyed and that
he will execute such further assurances as may be
necessary

of the State of Florida, and duly Commissioned and qualified
to take acknowledgement of deeds &c., in the State of Maryland
that are to be used or recorded in the said State of Florida, personally
appeared Charles W. Brush, to me known of my own knowledge to
be the party described in and who executed the foregoing Deed,
and acknowledged the Same to be his act.
