Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that I J.N. Ormand for and in consideration of
the sum of Four hundred Dollars ($400/00) to me in
hand paid by Alexander Jones at and before the
signing sealing and delivery of these presents so
hereby grant bargain and sell and by these pres=
ents hath granted bargained sold and conveyed
unto the said Alexander Jones his heirs and assigns
forever, All my right title and interest in lot
number one in block no (18) also of lots 9 & 10 of block
18 lying and being in the town of Waldo situated
in the County of Alachua State of Florida, Together
with all and singular the hereditaments and appur
tenancies thereunto belonging  In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
this January 2nd AD 1872
