                  Know all men by these presents
that we Mary E. King party of the first part and
E. Lawrence King her husband both of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, for and in con=
sideration of the sum of one hundred and Eighty
dollars to her the said Mary E. King in hand paid
the receipt whereof she doth hereby acknowledge
hath granted bargained and sold: and by these
presents doth grant bargain sell and convey to
M.C. Miller the party of the second part all that
piece parcel or tract of land lying being and sit=
uated in the County of Alachua, and State of Florida
more particularly described as lying in the North
East quarter of Section Eighteen (18) Township ten (10)
Range Twenty two (22) a part of the grant Known as
the Arredondo Grant The measurement or Size of
which is to be Twelve (12) acres running from East to
west and Fife acres in width running from North
to South containing in all Sixty (60) Acres together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging.
     To have and To Hold the same to her the said
M.C. Miller her heir Executors Administrators and
Assigns in fee simple forever And I the said Mary
E. King do hereby bind myself my heirs Executors &
Administrators forever to warrant and defend the
same unto the said M.C. Miller her heirs or Assigns
against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to
Claim the same.
        In witness whereof we the said Mary E. King and E.
Lawrence King her husband have hereunto set our
hands and affixed our seals this the 15th day of April
AD 1872
