Alachua County    }  Know all men by these presents: That we
                     Charles E. Haile  Elise M. Haile his wife of the
State and County aforesaid for and in Consideration of the Sum
of Seven hundred and Sixty ($76000) Dollars to us in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained,
Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain,
Sell and Convey unto Mary E. Thomas of the Same State and
County all that Certain tract or parcel of land lying and be=
ing Situate in Said State and County, and described as follows: to
wit: The South west quarter of the South west quarter of Section
(23) Twenty three and the north west quarter of Section (26) twenty
Six Excepting a Square of ten acres in the South East Corner of
Said quarter  = Section in Township (8) eight South Range (18) Eighteen
East Containing One hundred and ninety (190) acres more or less
together with all the appurtenances and all the right title interest,
claim and demand of us, or either of us in the premises. To
have and to hold the Same with the appurtenances unto the Said
Mary. E. Thomas her heirs and assigns in fee Simple forever.
And we the Said Charles E. Haile and Elise Haile for ourselves
and our heirs do hereby Covenant and agree to, and with the
Said Mary E. Thomas her heirs and assigns that we are now
the owners of the Said premises, and are Seized of a good and inde=
feasible estate of inheritance therein, And that we have full
right and power to Sell and Convey the Same in fee Simple
absolutely, that the Said premises are free and clear of all incum
brance the the Said Mary E. Thomas her heirs and assigns may
forever hereafter have, hold, posses and enjoy the Same, with-
out any Suit molestation, or interruption, by any person what
soever lawfully claiming any right therein, and that we the
Aaid Charles E. Haile and Elise Haile, and all persons hereafter
claiming under us, will at anytime hereafter, at the request
of the Said Mary E. Thomas her heirs or assigns make all
Such further assurances for the move effectual Conveying
of the Said premises, with the appurtenances, as may be
reasonably required by her or them: And that we the Said
Charles E. Haile and Elise Haile and our heirs, will warrant
and defend the Said premises with the appurtenances unto
the Said Mary E. Thomas her heirs and assigns forever.
