This Indenture, made the Seventh day of May in the year one thou=
Sand eight hundred and Seventy two Between Harriet E. McHenry
wife of Thomas P. McHenry and the Said Thomas P. McHenry of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part
and Helen J. Cortis wife of Thomas T. Cortis of East New York in
the County of Kings and State of New York parties of the Second
part, Witnesseth, That the Said parties of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Three Thousand Dollars, lawful
money of the United States of America, to them in hand paid
by the Said party of the Second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
Acknowledged, and the Said party of the second part, her
heirs, executors and administrators, forever released and dis-
charged from the Same, by these presents, Have granted, bargained,
Sold, aliened remised, released, Conveyed and Confirmed, and
by these presents, Do grant, bargain, Sell, alien, remise, release,
Convey and Confirm, unto the Said party of the Second
part, and to her heirs and assigns, forever, all that Certain
piece or parcel of land Situate lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida and which is known and de=
Scribed as follows to wit: Lots Nos 1 (one) 2 (two) 3 (three) and 4 (Four)
in Block No 5 (five) Range No 2 (Two) in the Town of Newnans=
ville in the County of Alachua aforesaid also the South half
of Lot No 4 (Four) in Block 3 (three) Range No 1 (one) in Said Town
