This Indenture made the Twenty Sixth day of April in the
year one thousand eight hundred and seventy two Between
James Love and Martha A. his wife of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida Parties of the first part
and Helen P. Cortis wife of Thomas T. Cortis of East
New York County of Kings and State of New York of the Sec=
ond part, Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Two thousand Dollars lawful money of the
United States of America to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part at or before the Sealing and delivery of these pres=
ents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the said par=
ty of the Second part, her heirs, executors and administrators, for=
ever released and discharged, from the Same by these presents,
Have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed
and confirmed, and By these Presents, Do grant, bargain, sell alien,
remise, release, convey and confirm, unto the said party of the
second part, and to her heirs and assigns, forever, all that cer=
tain Lot or Parcel of land in the village of Newnansville,
County of Alachua and State of Florida described as follows
to wit: Block No Three (3) Lot No Four (4) Range No one (1) village
Survey: Beginning at a corner Stake of said village Land
Survey thence running south one hundred and five (105) feet
front thence one hundred and five (105) feet West, thence one hun=
dred and five (105) feet North thence East one hundred and
five (105) feet to the point of beginning.
Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise apper=
taining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and re=
mainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and also, all
the estate, right, title, interest, dower right of dower property
Possession, claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in
equity of the said party of the first part, of in and to the
same, and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurte=
nances: To have and to hold the above granted, bargained
and described Premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns, to her and their
own proper use, benefit and behoof for ever.
and the said James Love for himself and for his heirs
executors and administrators, doth covenant, grant and 
agree to and with the said party of the second part, her
heirs and assigns, that the said James Love at the time
of the Sealing and delivery of these presents, is lawfully seized
in his own right of a of the good, absolute and
indefeasible estate of inheritance, in fee simple, of and
in all and Singular the above granted, bargained and
described premises, with the appurtenances and hath good
right full power and lawful authority to grant, bargain
sell and convey the same, in manner and form aforesaid
and that the said Party of the second part her
