No. 1 Whereas the following real estate, to wit; the East half of
      Section Twenty four (24) in Township (9) nine South, Range
      Eighteen (18) East:  the East half and South west quarter of
      Section nineteen (19) in Township nine (9) South Range nine
      teen (19) East is at present owned in Common by Mrs Eliza
      M. Stewart, Thomas O. Stewart and Mary Dozier wife of
      Leonard Dozier Jr and whereas it is the desire and intention
      of the said parties to make a fair, Just and equal devision
      and partition of the said Lands:-
      Now therefore know all men by these presents. That for and
      in consideration of a Deed of conveyance made by Mrs Eliza
      M. Stewart and Thomas O. Stewart, bearing even date with
      these presents, and releasing to Mary Dozier all their right
      title and interest in an to the North 3rd of the East half 
      of Section (24) Twenty four, in T.9.S. R.18.E. and the SW1/4
      of Section (19) nineteen T.9.S. R.19 E. and for the further
      consideration of one Dollar to us in hand paid by the said
      Eliza M. Stewart and Thomas O. Stewart the receipt whereof
      is hereby acknowledged, we the said Leonard Dozier Jr
      and Mary Dozier have this day granted bargained, sold,
      conveyed and released, and by these Presents do grant,
      bargain, sell, convey and release unto the said Eliza
      M. Stewart and Thomas O. Stewart, all our right
      title and interest in and to the South and middle thirds
      of the East half of Section Twenty four (24) T.9.S. R.18
      E. and the East half of Section nineteen (19) in T.9.S.R.19
      East.  In testimony whereof we the said Leonard Dozier
      Jr and Mary Dozier have hereunto set our hands and seals
      this 14th day of May AD 1872

      Knox County        } Before me C.W. Jones Chairman of the
                          County Court of Said County Personally
      came L. Dozier Jr and Mary Dozier the Bargainers to
      the foregoing deed, who acknowledged that they executed
      the same for the uses, purposes and consideration therein set
      forth. And Mary Dozier, wife of the said L. Dozier Jr
      having appeared before me privately and apart from her said
      husband, the said Mary Dozier acknowledged the execution
      of the said instrument to have been done by her freely
      voluntarily and understandingly, without fear, apprehen=
      sion, compulsion or restraint of or from her said husband
      and for the purpose therein set forth.
      Taken and acknowledged before me this 14th day of May
      AD 1872
