No.2. Whereas the following real estate to wit: the East half
      of Section Twenty four (24) in Township (9) nine South
      Range Eighteen (18) East; the East half and South west
      quarter of Section nineteen (19) in Township nine (9)
      South, Range nineteen (19) East, is at present owned
      in common by Mrs Eliza M. Stewart, Thomas O.
      Stewart and Mary Dozier - wife of Leonard Dozier
      Jr and whereas it is the desire and intention of the said
      parties to make a fair, Just and equal devision and par=
      tition of the said Lands: -
       Now therefore know all men by these presents.
      That for and in consideration of a Deed of Convey=
      ance made by Leonard Dozier Jr and his wife Mary
      Dozier, bearing even date with these presents, and
      releasing unto the said Eliza M. Stewart and Thomas
      O. Stewart all the right title and interest of the said
      L. Dozier & wife in, and to, the South and middle
      thirds of the East half of Section Twenty four (24) T.9
      S R. 18. E and the East half of Section nineteen (19) 
      in T.9.S. R. (19) East, and for the further consideration
      of One Dollar to us in hand paid by the said L =
      Dozier & wife, the receipt whereof , is hereby acknowl=
      edge. We the said Eliza M. Stewart and Thomas O.
      Stewart have this day granted, bargained, sold
      conveyed and released and by these present do
      grant, bargain, sell convey, and release unto the      
      said Mary Dozier - wife of Leonard Dozier Jr all our
      right, title and interest in and to the north third
      of the East half of Section twenty four (24) T.9.S.
