No. 3 Whereas the following real estate, to wit: the East half of Section
      Twenty four (24) in Township nine (9) South Range Eighteen (18)
      East, the East half and South west quarter of Section nineteen (19)
      in Township nine (9) South Range nineteen (19) East, has heretofore
      and up to this date been owned in common by Mrs Eliza M. Stewart,
      Thomas O. Stewart and Mary Dozier - wife of Leonard Dozier Jr
      and Whereas it is the desire and intention of the said parties to
      make a fair, Just and equal devision and partition of the
      said lands; and whereas with a view of carrying out the
      said desire and intention, the said Mary Dozier and her hus=
      band Leonard Dozier Jr have by deed of this day and date
      released and relinquished unto the said Eliza M. Stewart
      and Thomas O. Stewart, all the right, title, and interest of
      the said Mary Dozier and Leonard Dozier Jr in and to the
      South and middle thirds of the East half of Section twenty
      four (24) T.9.S. R.18.E. and the East half of Section nine=
      teen (19) T.9.S. R.19.East Now therefore know ye: That I,
      Eliza M. Stewart, for and in consideration of a Deed of
      conveyance made by Thomas O. Stewart bearing even date
      with these presents and releasing unto me all his right
      title and interest in and to the middle third of the
      East half of Section Twenty four (24) in T9S R18E
      and the south east quarter of Section nineteen 19 in
