T 9 S R 19 E and for the further consideration of
       one dollar to me in hand paid by the said Thomas
       O. Stewart the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       have this day granted bargained released sold and
       conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
       sell convey and release unto the said Thomas O
       Stewart all my right title and interest to the
       south third of the East half of section Twenty four
       (24) in T 9 S R 18 East and the north east quarter
       of Section (19) nineteen in T 9 S R 19 East

No. 4  Whereas the following real estate to wit: the East
       half of section Twenty four (24) in Township nine 9
       south Range Eighteen East: the East half and South
       west quarter of section nineteen (19) in Township nine
       (9) south Range nineteen (19) East has heretofore
       and up to this time been owned in common by
       Mrs Elia M. Stewart Thomas O. Stewart and Mary
       Dozier wife of Leonard Dozier Jr and whereas it
       is the desire and intention of the said parties to
       make a fair Just and equal devision of the said
       lands and whereas with a view to carrying out
       the said desire and intention the said Mary Dozier
       and Leonard Dozier Jr have by deed of this day and
       date released and relinquished unto the said Eliza
       M. Stewart and Thomas O. Stewart all the right title
       and interest of the said Mary Dozier and Leonard
       Dozier of in and to the south and middle thirds of
       the East half of section (24) Twenty four T 9 S R 18 E
