Now therefor Know Ye That I Thomas O. Stewart for and in
consideration of a deed of conveyance made by Mrs
Eliza M. Stewart bearing even date with these presents and
releasing unto me all her right title and interest in and
to the south third of the East half of section (24) Twenty four
in T9 S R18 E and the northeast quarter of section (19)
nineteen in T9 S R19 East and for the further consid=
eration of one dollar to me in hand paid by the said
Eliza M. Stewart the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have this day granted bargained sold conveyed and
released and by these presents to grant bargain sell
convey and release unto the said Eliza M. Stewart
All my right title interest in and to the Middle
third of the East half of Section Twenty four (24) in
T9 R18 E and the South East quarter of Section
(19) Nineteen T9 S R19 East

same as subscribing witnesses
