This Indenture made and entered into on this Twenty sixth
day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and seventy one between James T. Soutter and
John McRae Trustees duly appointed by the Florida
Railroad Company parties of the first part and Mistress
Eliza H. Molyneux party of the second part - Witnesseth -
- That the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Fifty seven dollars
and seventy nine cents to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have given granted
aliened bargained sold transferred; and do by
these presents give grant alien bargain sell trans=
fer and convey unto the said party of the second
part all those certain parcel or tract of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua State
of Florida and more particularly known and
described on the public records and maps of
said State as The whole of section number Fifteen
of Township Ten south and Range seventeen East
all of section number one containing Six hundred
and forty acres more or less and in Township Eleven
South Range Seventeen East all of section number one
containing six hundred and thirty nine (639 28/) acres
more or less and all of section number seventeen
containing six hundred and forty acres more or
less. And in the County of Levy in the said State
the whole of section number nine containing six
hundred and forty (640 96/) acres more or less, and 
the East half; The south west quarter:  The East half and
the south west quarter of the north west quarter of section
number Thirty three containing six hundred and two (602 91/)
acres more or less both in Township Twelve south and Range
seventeen East Also in Township Ten south and Range
Fifteen East section number Twenty nine containing six hun
dred and fifty one (651 68/) acres more or less and section
number thirty one containing six hundred and fifty one
(651 68/) acres more or less And also in Township thirteen
south and Range Fifteen East section number Eleven
containing Six hundred and forty (640) acres more or less
To have and to Hold the above described premises,
together with all and singular the rights and priv=
eledges immunities easements and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs as their abso =
property in fee simple for ever. And the said parties
of the first part for themselves and successor as Trustees
as aforesaid and for the said Florida Railroad Com
pany and for all others claiming by through or under
