State of Florida }     Deed of Gift
Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
                    I, R. Fenwick Taylor of the County
and State aforesaid, for and in consideration of the
Sum of Five dollars to me in hand paid and for and
in consideration of the Natural love and affection which
I have for my wife Amelia E. Taylor have given, granted,
Sold and conveyed; and by these presents doth give grant
Sell and Convey to Amelia E. Taylor,
all the following described property, to wit: all that
certain piece parcel lot or tract of land lying being
and Situated in the Town of Gainesville County of Alach=
ua and State of Florida described in a Deed of the
Same from Cosmo O. Bailey to R. Fenwick Taylor da=
ted the 7th day of March A.D. 1871 as commencing
Thirty (30) feet South of the South East Corner of the Lot
in the Town of Gainesville Alachua County Florida
Known as the "Patterson lot", thence South along the
line of the Street running between the lot now owned
by James B. Dawkins and the Said "Patterson lot"
  Four hundred and twenty (420) feet, thence West
One thousand and fifty (1050) feet, thence North Four
hundred and Twenty (420) feet, thence East One thousand
and fifty (1050) feet, to place of beginning.
To have and to hold the Same to her the Said Amelia
E. Taylor her heirs Eexecutors, administrators and Assigns
in fee Simple forever
In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand
and affixed my Seal this 19th day of March A.D. 1872
