Alachua County } This Indenture made the third day of January
                in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and Sixty eight, between B. McHan Executor of
the Estate of Hanson McHan deceased of the County and
State aforesaid of the first part, and Stephen Bryan of the
County and State aforesaid of the Second Part.
Witnesseth, that the Said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the Sum of one hundred dollars to him
in hand payed the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
Hath bargained and Sold, and by these presents doth
grant and convey to the Said party of the Second part, his
heirs and assigns forever, all that Certain piece or parcel
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known as the North west
quarter of the North East quarter of Section twenty two
in township Eight South of Range twenty one East
containing forty acres more or less. To have and to hold
unto the Said party of the Second part and his heirs
and his assigns forever in fee Simple.
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand
and Seal the day and year above written.
