Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the fifteenth day
                   of June in the year of our Lord one thou
sand Eight hundred and seventy two between Francis S.
McCall and Mary McCall of the City of Savannah Georgia
parties of the first part and C.D.H. Snead of the Town of Gaines=
ville, Alachua County Florida of the Second part:
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Six hundred (600) Dollars paid
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained, sold,
and conveyed, and by these presents do bargain sell and convey
unto the party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns all that
lot or parcel of land Situate, lying and being in the Town of
Gainesville, County and State aforesaid, known and de=
scribed as follows: to wit: Beginning at a point in the mid=
dle of the Stream of Sweet water Branch, said point being
the North East corner of the lot now owned by Dr J.F. McKinstry
lot West to the Section line dividing, four and five, Township Ten (10)
Range Twenty (20) Thence North along said Section line Three hundred
(350) and fifty feet Thence East to Sweet water Branch Thence
South along the middle run of of said Branch to the point
of Beginning, containing four (4) acre more or less. To have and
to hold the above described lot or parcel of land unto the said
C.D.H. Snead his heirs and assigns forever in fee Simple. And the
said Francis S. McCall and Mary McCall Shall and will forever warrant
and defend unto the said C.D.H. Snead his heirs and assigns, the
said lot or parcel of land, together with all the rights, members, ap=
pertenances and hereditaments unto the same belonging against
themselves, their heirs executors, administrators and assigns, and against
the claims of all persons whatever.
  In Witness whereof the said Francis S. McCall and Mary McCall
have hereunto set their hands and Seals, the day and year above
written.

dersigned John W. Burroughs a Commissioner resident in the
City of Savannah, duly commissioned and qualified by the
execution authority and under the laws of the State of Florida
to take the acknowledgment and proof of Deeds etcetera to be
used or recorded therein, personally appeared Francis S. McCall
