all other privileges appertaining thereunto belonging, in fee sim
ple And I the said J.C. Gardner will and my heirs execu
tors and administrators shall the said property to the said
Saml Fewell his heirs executors & administrators forever
warrant & defend by virtue of these presents, and I Sarah
A. Gardner wife of the said J.C. Gardner, for the consider-
ation aforesaid & for divers other good and valuable consider
ations, do hereby release, relinquish and quit claim unto
Samuel A. Fewell all my right claim or possibility of Dower
in & to the premises conveyed herein

hundred and sixty nine between James Brown and
his wife Anna W. Brown of said State and County
parties of the first part, and Annie E. Finley wife of Lu-
cias Finley of said State and County party of the second part
Witnesseth That for and in consideration of the sum of four

said party of the second part to the parties of the first part at and
