and Mary McCall his wife to me known to be the person
who executed the foregoing instrument of writing by
them Sealed and Subscribed and they Severally Acknowl=
edged the execution thereof, to be there free act and Deed
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned: And the Said
Mary McCall wife of the Said Francis I. McCall being
privately examined by me Separate and apart from her
husband whether her foregoing relinquishment or renunci=
ation of dower was made freely and voluntarily and
without any constraint compulsion apprehension or fear
of or from her Said husband answers and Says that She
did and does acknowledged the Same to have been freely
and voluntarily made, and without any constraint com=
pulsion, apprehension or fear of or from her Said husband.
         In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand

City of Savannah, County of Chatham and State of

This Indenture made and entered into Between H.A.
Morrison and Columbus J. Morrison of Alachua County
Florida of the first part and Cyrus Jenkins Jack Clark
Lazarus Michiel James Gibbs and Billy Gordon Trus=
tees of the Methodist Episcopal Church parties of the Sec=
ond part. Witnesseth That the Said parties of the first part
for and in Consideration of the Sum of Forty dollars
lawful money of the United States to them in hand
paid by the Said parties of the Second part as trustees
as aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted Given bargained and Sold and by these
Presents do give grant bargain and Sell unto the Said
parties of the Second part as trustees as aforesaid all that
Certain piece parcel or tract of land lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and
known and described as follows to wit: Four acres of
land off the North East Corner of the North West (1/4) quarter
of the South East (1/4) quarter of Section 26 twenty Six
Township (10) Ten Range (22) twenty two East commencing
at A Stake and running west two acres thence South
two acres thence East two acres thence North two acres
to the point of beginning being the NE Corner of the 1/4 Sec=
