This Indenture made the twentieth day of March in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy two
between Sidney Bryan, and Solomon F. Halliday Admin=
istratoise and administrator of the estate of Stephen Bryan
deceased of the County of Alachua, and State of Florida
of the first part, and Samiel Fairbanks of the City of
Jacksonville, Duval County and State aforesaid of the
second part.
            Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred
Dollars to these in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
                                        by these
acknowledged hath bargained and Sold, and^presents
doth grant and convey to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain piece
or parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, and known as the North
west quarter of the North East quarter of Section twenty
two Township Eight South of Range twenty one East,
containing forty acres more or less. To have and to hold unto
the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
forever in fee simple.

sonally came Jas J. Kennard who being duly sworn says that
he saw the foregoing Deed of conveyance signed, sealed and de-
livered for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and that he with
W.R. White and John G. Smith signed the same as witnesses there-
to
