quiet possession of the Said parties of the Second part against
the claim of the Said partie of the first part and all persons
claiming by through or under them or any of them. The Said
parties of the first part their assigns executors administrators
further agrees with the Said party of the Second part her
assigns executors or administrators that they will not
claim any exemption either on real or personal prop=
erty under any existing exemption or any hereafter that
on any exist but that they will and truly make good the
above title with any property they may now hold or
claim or thereafter own or claim In witness whereof

Came Eliza Chriswell wife of Joseph M. Chriswell to me well
known and acknowledged that She Signed the foregoing
deed together with her husband and being examined by
me Separate and apart from her Said husband acknowledged
that the Same was done freely and voluntarily without
any fear apprehension or constraint of or from her
Said husband and that the Same was done for the purpose
of conveying and forever quit claiming all her dower or
right of dower in and to the premises by Said deed con=
veyed as freely and absolutely as She might or could do
the Same in witness whereof She has hereunto Set her
hand and Seal this the eleventh day of June AD 1872
