from the south east corner of said lot number twen-
ty four and running thence westerly binding on the
North line of a lot heretofore conveyed to the Trustees of the
Mount Pleasant Methodist Episcopal Church, by the said
Brush Six hundred and sixty feet, or thereabouts, to the
West boundary line of said lot thence Northerly with
said boundary line Sixty six feet thence Easterly Six
hundred and Sixty feet to the east boundary line of
said lot and thence southerly with said line Sixty
Six feet to the place of beginning (being part of the
property which belonged to the Testator at the time of
his death, and subsequently was confirmed to his
heirs by a Decree of the Circuit Court of St Johns County
in said State of Florida in the case of Brush et al
Vs Prall et al as by reference to said Decree recorded
among the Land Records of Alachua County will fully
Appear, Together with all the estate right tile and interest
which the said Testator had in his life time in and to the same
To have and to hold the above described lot of ground and prem-
ises with the appurtenances unto the Said Primus Player his heirs
and assigns forever in fee
