      Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
      that I I.J.W. Wollard of the town of Micanopy State and
      County aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum
      of fifty $50 00/100 dollars to me in hand paid do hereby
      Sell and convey unto Mary A. Mathus of the State And
      County Aforesaid the following described premises Situated
      in the State and County Aforesaid and described as
      follows to wit. Commencing at a Stake on the dividing
      line between Horace Merry and the Said J.W. Woolard
      designated as Stake No 1 running due North Eight
      (8) Chains from thence due East Twelve and One half (12 1/2)
      Chains to place of commencement containing Ten (10)
      Acres Situated and lying in the West side of Section
      Twenty five (25) Township Eleven (11) Range twenty (20)
      in the Aradonda Grant. To have and to hold the same
      with all and Singular the appurtenances, right, title,
      interest and claim free from all demands of me
      in the premises unto the said Mary A. Mathus her
      heirs and Assigns in fee Simple forever. And I the
      Said J.W. Woolard for myself and my heirs do hereby cove-
      nant and agree to and with the said Mary A. Mathus
      her heirs and Assigns that I am now the owner of said
      premises and am Seized of a good and indefea
      sible Estate of inheritance therein, And that I have full
      right and power to sell and convey the same in
      fee Simple and clear of all incumbrances that
      the Said Mary A. Mathus her heirs and Assigns may
      forever have hold and posess and enjoy the same without
      any molestation or intrusion by any persons whatever
      fully claiming any right therein, And that I J.W.
      Woolard my heirs and Assigns will Warrant and defend
      the said premises with all the appurtenances thereunto
