to hold unto the said party of the second part and to her

of the same. And the said parties of the first part for them=
selves and their heirs do hereby Covenant with and to the said
party of the second part to warrant and defend the title to
the afore granted premises and all the appurtenances thereunto

Anna W. Brown personally Known to me as the grantors
in the foregoing deed and acknowledged they executed the
same for the purposes and consideration therein expressed
And the said Anna W. Brown personally Known to me
to be the wife of the said James B. Brown, who being first exam
ined by me separated and apart from her said husband
acknowledged that she joins her said husband in the execution
of the foregoing Conveyance freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion or constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband for the purposes therein expressed and for the
purposes of relinquishing her right of Dower to the same
