to be the wife of the said James B. Brown, who being first exam
ined by me separated and apart from her said husband
acknowledged that she joins her said husband in the execution
of the foregoing Conveyance freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion or constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband for the purposes therein expressed and for the
purposes of relinquishing her right of Dower to the same
