and according to law; And the Said Register, upon examina=
tion thereof, did order and direct that the Said Assignee, after having
given due notice of the time and Place of Sale, Should expose
the Said real estate for Sale by Public Auction and Sell the Same
to the highest bidder therefor, and clear of all incumbrances;
And the Said Jonathan C. Greeley, assignee, as, aforesaid of the
Said Bankrupt, after having given legal notice of the time
and place of the Sale, did on the twenty fourth day of January
1870 at Jacksonville Florida expose and offer for Sale at auc=
tion to the highest bidder, all that Certain land and estate
belonging to the estate of Said bankrupt, and known
and described as follows, to wit: Lots (1) one (2) two and (3)
Three of Sec (6) Six and Lot (4) four and S1/2 of NW1/4 of Sec
(5) five Township (8) Eight Range (19) Nineteen S & E Containing
Three hundred & Eighty Six (386) acres, more or less in Alachua
County Florida and Sold the Same to Rafaila S. Wilson She
being the highest bidder therefor, for the Sum of one dollars
lawful money of the United States.
Now, Know all Men By these presents, That I Jonathan C. Greeley,
assignee, as aforesaid, for and in Consideration of the Sum of
one dollars to me in hand paid by the Said Rafaila S. Wilson
her heirs and assigns, forever, all the Said tract of land above
described, and hereby coveyed, together with all the improvements
thereon; and the rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments, thereunto
belonging, or in anyway appertaining, and the reversions, rents,
profits and issues thereof.
To Have and to Hold the Said tract or parcel of land above
described, hereditaments and appurtenances unto the Said
Rafaila S. Wilson, her heirs and assigns, to and for his and their
own use and behoof, for all Such estate and no other, as
the Said Bankrupt had and held therein at and immediately
before the filing by him of his petition for adjudication of
bankruptcy, and clear of all incumbrances.
  In Witness Whereof, I the Said Assignee, have hereunto Set
my hand and Seal this Twenty fourth day of January in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy.
