To, DeW. Barton Shff Alachua Co
Greeting: Whereas, William T. Richardson, Henry S. Richardson
and Samuel Richardson, the Plaintiffs, lately before the
Judge of Said Court, by the Judgment of the Same Court,
recovered their possession in fee Simple in and to all that
lot of land Situate in the Town of Gainesville, Alachua
County, State of Florida, and Known in the plan of Said
Town as Lot Three (3) Block Three (3) Range Four (4) Containing
Sixty feet front and two hundred and ten feet back from
the Street to the back Street, with the tenements and appurte=
nances, which J.M. Richardson had Conveyed to the Said
plaintiffs on the 25th day of March, 1868, to have and to hold
the Same to the Said plaintiffs, their heirs and assigns forever,
by virtue of which the said William T. Richardson, Henry
S. Richardson & Samuel Richardson, the Plaintiffs entered in-
to the lawful and peaceable possession thereof, until the Said
Thomas C. Ellis and Hardy Harvard, deceased, to wit:
their intestate in his life -time, unlawfully and against the
consent of the plaintiffs on the day of 1871, entered into=
the Said lot, tenements and appurtenances, and ejected the
plaintiffs therefrom, and Still unlawfully withhold the posses=
Sion thereof from the Plaintiffs; Whereof, the Said Thomas C.
Ellis and Hardy Harvard, as administrators of Stephen F.
Harvard, are convicted, as appears to us of record:
Now therefore, We command you that without delay you cause
the Said William T. Richardson, Henry S. Richardson and
Samuel Richardson, to have the quiet possession of all that
lot of land Situate in the Town of Gainesville, Alachua County,
State of Florida, and Known in the plan of Said Town as Lot
Three(3) Block, Three (3) Range four (4) containing Sixty feet front
and two Hundred and ten feet back from the Street to the
