Also, So much of Section twenty Seven (27) Township eleven
(11) Range twenty (20) in Same County and State, as follows
Beginning at the SE Corner of Said Section, running North
twelve (12) Chains and fifty (50) links; thence West Eighty
(80) Chains: thence South twelve (12) Chains and fifty (50)
links; thence East, Eighty (80) Chains to place of beginning
Containing one hundred Acres.
To have and to hold the aforegranted premises to the Said Martha
O. Cosby, her heirs and assigns, in fee Simple forever. And
I hereby covenant that I will, and my heirs, executors and
administrators Shall forever warrant and defend the Same to
the Said Martha O. Cosby her heirs and assigns, against
the lawful claims and demands of all persons
