Alachua County } This Indenture made this Seventeenth day of June
AD 1871 Between Stephen McCall of the State and
County aforesaid party of the first part and Sarah C. Wynn of
the Same place party of the Second part Witnesseth That the
Said party of the first part for and in consideration of
the Sum of Six hundred Dollars paid at and before the Seal=
ing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath bargained Sold and conveyed and by
these presents doth bargain Sell and Convey unto the Said
party of the Second part her heirs and assigns all that piece
or parcel of land Situate lying and being in the State and
County aforesaid and containing four acres more or less but
more fully described as follows To Wit being that part of Sec=
tion five adjoining and lying broad Side of George Brooms Land
and Michael Ohara's Land the Same being enclosed with a fence
and known as the Thomas Blake place and commencing at
a Stake twenty three and a half chains East from the half Mile Stake
on the Western Boundary line of section five thence East four hun=
dred and twenty feet thence South four hundred and twenty
feet thence West four hundred and twenty feet thence North four
hundred and twenty feet to the place of beginning. To have
and to hold Said described premises with all the appurtenan=
ces to the Same belonging, to her the Said Sarah C. Wynn
her heirs and assigns forever in fee Simple and the Said
party of the first part Said bargained premises Shall and will
forever Warrant and defend against all persons whatsoever.

Alachua County } Know all Men by these presents that I Pris=
cilla McCall, wife of Stephen McCall who
executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance, for and in Con=
Sideration of the premises contained in Said deed, and for
the further Consideration of one dollar to me in hand paid
by Sarah C. Wynn have granted bargained, Sold, conveyed,
quit claim, released, relinquished, and renounced: and by
these presents do forever quit claim, release, relinquish and
renounce all my right title, interest, Claim or possibility
of Dower of in or to the premises, piece, or parcel of
land as Set forth designated and described in Said
deed of conveyance executed by my husband aforesaid
To have and to hold the Same unto her the Said Sarah
C. Wynn her heirs executors, administrators and assigns
forever free from all claim or right to the Same.
