Alachua County   } This indenture made the 20th day of Sept
                 } AD 1870 Between H. Bradford and Kate A.
his wife of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party
of the first part & Nancy Pendarvis of the County and State
aforesaid of the Second part Witnesseth, that the Said party
of the first part, for and in Consideration of the Sum of one
hundred dollars to them paid, hath bargained Sold and
Conveyed unto the Said Second party the following described
Land viz: Sixty Seven acres, being a fractional part of Lot No four
Sec 11 T8 R18 east to the Said first parties reserving to
themselves two acres lying in the South east corner of Said
then east 70 yds then S 140 yds Corner and running West 70 yds then North 140 yds
then East 70 yds then S, 140 yds to the pt of begining together with all the rights title
interest claim or demand of the Said first parties of in or
to the Said premises.
In Witness Whereof the Said parties of the first part have
hereunto Set their hands and Seal the day and year
first above mentioned       }

I Kate A. wife of H. Bradford do hereby acknowledge
that the foregoing relinquishment and renunciation of
dower is my act and deed and that the Same was made
without any fear or compulsion of or from My Said
husband.

acknowledgement was taken made Signed and Sealed
in my presence by Kate A. Bradford She being Separate
and apart from her Said husband.

aforesaid H. Bradford to me well known who acknowledged
the within deed to be his voluntary act Signed Sealed
and delivered for the uses and purposes therein
