Know all men by these presents, that I Nancy Pendarvis of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida administrator of the
Estate of James Pendarvis late of Said County and State aforesaid
did by virtue of an order from the Judge of probate of Said
County and State did Sell at Public auction the real Estate
of the Said did hereinafter described to Thos B. Ellis of the
County and State aforesaid for the Sum of $446 32/100 for being
the highest bidder therefore, Now therefore I Nancy Pendarvis
admr by virtue of the authority in me vested, as aforesaid and in
Consideration of the Sum of $446 32/100 to me paid by the Said
Thos B. Ellis do hereby grant bargain Sell and convey
unto the Said Ellis his heirs and assigns the following de=
Scribed land viz: The W1/2 of the NE1/4 and the E1/2 of NW1/4
Sec 11 T8 R18, and the SW1/4 Sec 2 in T8, R18 Containing
in all three hundred and eighteen 8-/100 (318.80) acres
more or less To have and to hold the above granted premises
to the Said Thos B. Ellis his heirs and assigns, to his and
their own use and behoof forever.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and
Seal this 7th day of March AD 1870
