This indenture made this 2nd day of April AD 1870,
between T.B. Ellis of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part and Nancy Pendarvis guardian for Pellir
Pendarvis, Wm W. Pendarvis Geo L. Pendarvis and J.E. Pendar=
vis of the County and State aforesaid of the Second part, Witness=
eth: that the Said party of the first part, for and in con=
Sideration of the Sum of three hundred dollars to him paid
hath bargained and Sold unto the Said Second party guar=
dian, as aforesaid the following described property viz:
the W1/2 of the NE1/4 and the E1/2 of the NW1/4 Sec 4 T8 R18
and the SW1/4 of Sec 2 T8 R18 Containing 318 86/100 acres
To have and to hold the above granted premises to the Said Sec=
ond party, guardian as aforesaid, to their own use and behoof
forever. In Witness Whereof the Said party of the first
