Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that we Mary E.
} Hall and William H. Hall her husband residents of
the Town of Brunswick, and State of Georgia for and in consider
ation of the Sum of Three hundred Dollars Cash the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged paid us by John W. Cannon
now a resident of the City of New York have Granted bargained
and Sold and by these presents do grant bargain Sell & Convey
unto the Said John W. Cannon his heirs executors administrators
and assigns all that Certain pierce or parcel of land or
Town lot Situate in the Town of Gainesville Alachua County
and State of Florida Known as Block Nine (9) as Surveyed
by P. Henry Young containing Two hundred feet Square
more or less. To have and to hold the above described piece or
parcel of land with the tenements and appurtenances there=
unto attached unto the Said John W. Cannon his heirs execu
tors administrators and assigns forever. And we hereby war=
rant and defend the Said premises unto the Said John W.
Cannon against all lawful claims hereafter made and
established to the Same.
