State of Florida } This Indenture made this the Fourth day
Alachua County } of July 1872 between Mary W. Heath of the
State and County aforesaid of the first part and James D. Ma-
theson and Company of Same place of the second part Witnesseth
That for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred and
Twenty five dollars paid by the parties of the second part to the
party of the first part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
the said party of the first part doth hereby bargain, Sell, allien
and convey and by these presents Sell Enfeoff to the parties
of the Second part their heirs and assigns the following
lot of land Situated in Gainesville in Said County
and State Viz lot Thirty feet front and one hundred
feet deep fronting on East Main Street and Running
back One hundred feet from said Street situated be-
tween the Store now occupied by George Savage and
the Store house of the party of the first part, To have an
to hold said land unto the Said parties of the Second
part their heirs and assigns forever. And the party of
the first part hereby warrants the title to the Same against
herself & all other persons In testimony Whereof witness my
hand and Seal this fourth day of July 1872
