part of a tract of Six Thousand acres known as
the Fernandez Grant and is one half the interest
purchased by Said David L. Yulee in the year
1839 from S.D. Fernandez (the other half having
been Sold by Said Yulee to A.H. Cole).
Also a tract of (400) Four hundred acres of land
granted Spanish Government to John Sanchez
and Subsequently confirmed by the Government
of the United States which said tract is more
particularly described in the Deed of Conveyance
from the Said Roman B. and Joseph Simeon
Sanchez to the Said Zelpha Standley December
27th A.D. 1849, and which Deed is to be found re-
corded in the Clerks office of Alachua County
Florida in Book A of Deeds page 206 & 207 on
the 29. Decb 1849, All of which tracts above described
contain Twenty Six hundred and Seventeen and
53/100 acres more or less. To have and to hold the
above described premises with their appurtenances
unto the Said Laura L. Dell her heirs executors
administrators and assigns to her and their own
proper use and behoof forever.
In Witness whereof the said Penelope L. Standley
hath hereunto set her Seal and hand this the
31st day of July Eighteen hundred and Seventy
two.
