This indenture made the 4th day of August AD eighteen hun=
dred and Seventy one Between Wm W. Scott of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, Trustee for Martha Hague of the
first part and Harriet E. McHenry of the County and State
aforesaid of the Second part Witnesseth: That the Said party
of the first part, by virtue of the authority in him vested
and in consideration of the Sum of two hundred dollars
to him paid by the Said Second party have bargained Sold
and Conveyed unto the Said party of the Second part
her heirs and assigns the following described property: viz:
South 1/2 of lot No 4 Block three, R 1 in the Town of Newnans-
ville County and State aforesaid, together with all the appur=
tenancies thereunto belonging (whatsoever) of the party of the first
part, of, in, or to the above described premises.
To have and to hold all and Singular the above described
premises unto the Said party of the Second part her
heirs and assigns, forever, In Witness Whereof the Said
party of the first part has hereunto Set his hand
and Seal the day and year first above written.
