Hernando County  } This Indenture made this 10th day
                   of July 1872 Between George Gillett
and Mary Gillett of the first part of the County
and State aforesaid and Noah Townsend of the Second
part of Alachua County State of Florida Witnesseth
that the Said parties of the first part for and in con=
Sideration of One hundred and fifty Dollars to them
in hand paid the receipt is hereby acknowledged
have bargained and Sold Aliened released and by these
presents do grant bargain and Sell to the Said party
of the Second part All our interest to the premises or
parcel of Land Lying and being in Alachua Coun=
ty Florida and known as lot No (1) and lot No
(2) of Section 5, and the North West qr of the South
West qr of Section 5, and the South West qr of the North
West qr of Section 5 and lot No (1) of Section (7) and
the North West quarter of the North West quarter in Section
(8) all in Township (10) Range (22) and Said to Contain
240 Acres more or less and the Said parties of the
first part will warrant and forever Defend the
Right and title of the Same unto the Second party
and his heirs and Assigns forever and the Said
premisses and every part and parcel thereof to
the Said party of the Second part and his heirs
and assigns forever warrant and Defend the
Same the day above written. In Witness Whereof
the Said parties of the first part have hereunto Set
their hands and Seals this the day and year first
above written.                }

                   day of July in the Year of our Lord
one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy two before
the Subscriber, a Justice of the Peace in and for the
County and State aforesaid personally Came Mary
Gillett Wife of the granter in the foregoing deed of Convey=
ance who being by Me examined Separately and apart
from her husband, acknowledged that She Signed
the Said deed with him freely and Voluntarily and
without fear Compulsion or constraint of, or from
her Said husband, or any one else, for the purpose
therein Specified, and with the interest thereby, to
renounce, relinquish and fore quit claim all her dow=
