Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the 24 day of
July Anno domini 1869, Between in the year One Thousand
Eight Hundred & Sixty Nine Between Andrew Ormand of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, and Mary D.
Ormand his wife parties of the first part & Calvin Waits
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party
of the second part, Witnesseth that the said parties of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Fifteen Hundred Dollars Lawfull money of the United
States to them in hand paid by the said party of the 
second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge and the

released conveyed and confirmed by these presents do grant
bargin sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto

Twenty Two East, South East quarter of South West quarter
and the North West quarter of the South East quarter
of section (16) Sixteen in Township (10) Ten South of Range
(22) Twenty Two East containing 79 98/100 Seventy nine 98/100 acres
containing in all 559 25/100 Five Hundred Fifty Nine 25/100 acres
Together with all singular the teniments heriditaments and
appertinances there unto belonging or in any wise apper-
taining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remain
-ders rents issues and profits thereof and also of the Estate
right title interest dower or right of dower property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law, in law as
in equity of the said parties of the first part, of in and
