hundred and Sixty acres more or less: Also, all that
certain piece or parcel of land Situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida known
as Sec. 19 in T.10. in R.19. containing Six hundred and
Forty acres more or less. Said land being a part of the Arre=
dondo grant Also, all that certain piece or parcel
of land Situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida known as a portion
of the Arredondo Grant and described as follows:
the S. 1/2 of the W. 1/2 of Sec 16. of T.10. of R.19
containing one hundred and Sixty acres more or
less, Also all that Certain Piece or parcel of land
known and described as follows. Sec 20 in Town=
ship 10 South of R 19 East being a portion of the
Arredondo Grant; Excepting and reserving how=
ever so much of Said last mentioned Section 20
as was conveyed to the party of the first part hereto
by Thomas E. Haile by deed bearing date July 7th 1859
and recorded July 23d 1868 in Book G page 553
& 4 containing Seventeen and one eighth acres more or
less: Said piece hereby excepted having been described
in the deed hereinafter mentioned from Samuel C.
Tucker assignee &c to the party of the first part here=
to by inadventure and mistake. Also all that other
piece or parcel of land Situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua and in Said Arredondo
Grant and described in the map of Survey of
Said grant Made by Henry Washington and David
Burr. as the East 1/4 of Sec 16. in T.10 South of Range
19 East Said Several parcels hereby conveyed being
a portion of the Same premises conveyed or intended
to be conveyed to the party of the first part hereto
by Samuel C. Tucker Assignee in Bankruptcy
of Thomas E. Haile by deed bearing date Sep=
tember 16th 1868 and recorded May 25th 1869 in
Book G page 736. To Have and to Hold the Said
described piece or parcel of land together with all
and Singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining: and also all the Estate right title
interest dower , right of dower property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well as in
law as in Equity of the Said parties of the
first part; unto the Said parties of the Second
part their heirs and assigns, to their own proper
