issue and profits thereof and also all of the Estate
Right title interest prosishion claim and demand
and behoof for Ever, unto the Said party of the Sec=
ond part, to their heirs and assigns for their own
proper use and benefit for Ever. And I the Said
Wiley Hicks for My Self My heirs Executors and
Administrators doth covenant grant and agree
to and with the Said party of the Second part
that I, that I am lawfully Seized in fee Simple
of the afore granted Premises that I have good Right
to Sell and convey the Same in Mannar as afore=
Said and that I will Warrant and defend the
Same in Manner as aforesaid against the lawful
Claims and demands of all presents whatsoever claim=
