State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into this 
Alachua County   }3rd day of February in the year of our Lord 
                 A.D. 1871 Between George W. Collins adminis
trator De Bonis non of the Estate of Robert A. Child Dec'd party 
of the first part and Thomas McCradie party of the second 
part witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum 
of two hundred dollars to the said party of the first part 
in hand paid by the said party of the second part at the 
time executing this indenture the receipt whereof is hereby ac
knowledged. The said party of the first part having bargained and 
sold and doth hereby convey unto the said party of the second 
part all that certain tract or parcel of land known and 
described as beginning on the margin of the Paraire on 
the line of section 26 and running East to the line of the land 
known as the Boykin place along the margin of said 
prairie and thence north beside the said lands far enough to 
contain Forty-four acres more or less and laying partly in 
section 25 and 26 of the Arredende grant to have and to hold 
the same and all and singular the rights improvements and 
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining 
to the only proper use Benefitt and behoof of the said party 
of the second part his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever 
and the said party of the first part as Administratar aforesaid 
doth hereby covenant and agree to and with the said 
party of the second part that he is seized as of **** of 
the said premises and will and his successors in office 
shall warrant and this title to the same against all 
claims or demands whoever in testimony whereof the 
said party of the first part hath hereunto Set his hand 
and affixed his seal on the day and year first above 
written.

being duly sworn says he saw the same signed sealed and 
delivered by the party whose name is thereto subscribed for 
the purposes therein set for the sworn to and subscribed 
before me this 25th day of March A.D. 1871.
